“Sehr tolles Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Auch die Autobahn und den Verkehr haben wir nicht gehört. Wir sind mit Hund gereist und es hatte sogar einen Napf im Zimmer bereit. Einziger Mangel die Lage. Man konnte nirgends spazieren gehen, waren aber auch spät Abends dort und gingen am nächsten Tag wieder. Beim Checkout musste lange auf Personal gewartet werden. Hier könnte eine Klingel an den Empfang gestellt werden. Aber alles in allem top.”

“It's the almost perfect hotel for us. Gentle stroll into the town. Small, family run, plain tasteful decor, high quality linen. It almost seems churlish to make any criticism. It's a while since we have been but it's good to see everything is as we remembered it . Above all there are no pets ”

“Als Stammgast habe ich immer das gleiche Zimmer, das gefällt mir sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, mit einem bequemen Bett, Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Minikühlschrank, Klimaanlage und Safe super ausgestattet. Das Personal ist kompetent und sehr nett. Es ist sehr ruhig im Hotel, für mich sehr wertvoll”

“Schönes altes Haupthaus mit Verbindung zum Neubau. Lage und Aussicht ist super. Spa ist schön, aber beim Hochbetrieb ist überfüllt. Die Liegen sind zu wenig. Sauna ist im extra Gebäude. Die Wellness- Handtücher sind zu klein. Die Zimmer sind arg klein, schräge Wände und mini TV. Essen war gut, aber im großen Restaurant waren die Leute zu laut! Für ein Kurztrip ist OK. ”

“Having booked this hotel with very low expectations I was blown away by its facilities and 5* restaurant. The staff were fantastic, rooms exceptionally clean and restaurant was the best in the area. “Nicely decorated, very spacious, very clean and quiet room. Room had all the amenities. Jean-Paul and staff was very helpful and friendly. A couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Short driving distances to supermarket and downtown Haguenau. Easy access to highway towards Strasbourg or Germany.”
