“I have booked and lived in this hotel twice in the same trip. I have tried two kinds of rooms. The first day, the room assigned to was quite tidy and comfortable. The basic facilities were sufficient. After two days, I checked in at the hotel and the room was really fair. First we entered the room, the toilet door was broken and could not function. We had difficulty finding a park close to main entrance to check in. So my husband drove around the block a few times so I could check in. Guess it was a busy time being Friday Lunch time. We appreciated assistance from staff on the desk. ,Well done. ”
