“Property is beautiful and positioned well for visits along the Wild Atlantic Way. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Note - if you are from the US some of the heating and water terminology will confound you so ask questions of the host. There are instructions but are tricky if you are new to these systems. We had a bit of a delay in receiving texts so it took a bit. Once we had it sorted everything was fine. Absolutely comfy beds and lots of space. There were only three of us so we only used two……

“Great family stay, a little dated but overall very nice. Rooms were comfortable and apartment was very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some nice trails nearby and stunning views. Close by to Sligo and other areas, plus regular bus if you want to leave the car”

“Het is een groot, ruim verblijf met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Deze zijn gelegen op de laagste verdieping. Allemaal zeer ruim. De keuken en woonkamer zijn op de bovenverdieping. Het is vrij gehorig, er is geen tuin en er is wat achterstallig onderhoud. ”

“The house is clean and spacious Comes with everything Stayed during a severe storm which took out the hydro but the owner had someone there to check but it was the local hydro who were quick to fix in the morning Other than that the stay is wonderful Must visit the Rusty Mackerel and the cliffs close by ”

“Perfect and quiet location. The house is pretty new, beatiful view. We just had some problems with the wifi connection but nothing else was wrong. Very useful the two bathrooms. Large tv. We'd like to be back again.”

“Bill and I spent another incredible two weeks at Hilltown. The family connection is so important to us! We enjoyed walking the strands with old and new friends, meeting up for lunch dates with Bill’s cousin, visiting other cousins and friends! Our friends, who traveled with us,thouroghly enjoyed the comforts afforded at Hilltown, the beauty of the country-side and exploring what Donegal has to offer. We are already looking forward to planning another visit back to Ireland!”
