“There is absolutely nothing that we can fault about this property. It was big, but cosy. It was country, but glam. It kept the kids and the parents happy! This will become our annual winter holiday house for sure. ”

The cleanliness could have been a bit more thorough and the spa didn’t work for the majority of our stay (though it was super super hot so we didn’t need it on). “We were very pleased with every aspect of our week long stay at Parkesbourne Farmstay. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and tidy, and facilities such as microwave, fridge,TV etc were all modern and up to date. There was a lovely verandah where you could sit and look at the farm and the sheep and cattle (and a family of ducks!) and watch the sunset. There was plenty of space for our two dogs to run around safely within a large fenced area. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.……

“Great property for large gatherings. Our whole family got together to celebrate our parents 60th wedding anniversary. Enough rooms, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, great kitchen and outdoor bbq area. Fire pit was used every night and plenty of firewood supplied. ”

“We had a trouble free stay at ForestBrae. The accommodation is spacious, very clean and very well stocked. Every cooking utensil we could want and very many basic provisions were available. The lounge has a relaxing outlook. It is a very quiet location with bird noise and no car noise. It is walking distance to the shops. We would stay again ”

“The place was extremely cosy and catered for the whole group. Pool table needs to be refurbished however thats only 1 small item, fire place in the lounge room was perfect and sufficient heating through out the house. Highly recommend to small groups”
