“The hotel staff was very friendly. It was one of best hotels I ever stayed in.”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided……

“Location is ok , within 10 minutes walk to metrotown station. Have a open kitchen in room , Room is clean but housekeeping is every 2 days. Breakfast is very very less. Overall is a nice hotel.”

“The curtain is not able to block the sunlight. Have been waken up by the sun around 6am everyday.”

“The front desk is not very agreesieve to solve the issue for customer. I booked the hotel via agent and the package is breakfast included. I show the confirmation later and also the member card. But the front desk only keep saying that they didn’t see that info from their record. They only asked me to solve this via my agent and not willing to help to double check in their side. This is bad experience and I won’t stay again. ”
