“The park is always nice to visit. What my challenge was at my check-in. Plus my return visit in two months from now is me booking cottage space and being confirmed for it with the photos and in print and upon checking in being given the cabin (older units) that I did not reserve.there is a misrepresentation, glitch, or miscommunications between Expedia and thousand trails. That was not fair to me as the consumer. After going back and forth with the front desk I was awarded the cottage, but I……

“Very convenient location, nice walking distance to Ranch 99 Market, Jollibee, Burger King, Boba Tea (We even walked to City Hall and back). Very tucked away and private. No issues with Lyft/Uber to and from the property. Very friendly owner.”

We loved walking the trails and spending time visiting the shops and restaurants in Topanga. The drive to/from the beaches is stunning. “Property was as described; however we noticed ants upon arrival in the bathroom. We contacted owner who immediately brought some traps. Then on the morning of our departure the ants were all over the kitchen. No open food was left out. Drowned as many as I could in the sink but they were everywhere!”

“What a lovely property. Great economical place to stay while enjoying the outdoors. Our host was a peach. So kind.”

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
