The apartment (with canal view) was wonderful--great location, quiet neighborhood, convenience for shopping and transportation. The receptionists at the hotel didn't seem very professional: not very welcoming, a bit slow with checking out, eager to sell a cab ride to the airport. The apartment is several blocks away from the hotel and does not have staff most of the time and the landline in the apartment didn't work, so it was difficult to get help from the hotel, especially when it got extremely cold for a few days and the central heating was insufficient.
The apartment was great and would be perfect if the hotel staff had been more helpful.

"Wat een heerlijk huis! Lekker ruim, fijne woonkamer met voor iedereen een comfortabele zitplek, complete keuken, riante slaapkamers, fijne bedden, grote badkamers en meer. Het kon allemaal niet op! De slaapkamer beneden met aansluitende badkamer en toilet ook ideaal voor mensen die wat minder goed ..."
