“Our stay at this little oasis was so enjoyable! It was so whimsical, peaceful, and well thought out. It’s cute in pictures but even cuter in person. It’s deep enough in the trees to feel isolated but not to far from horseshoe lake or the fun little downtown area. The host was communicative and thoughtful and we really appreciated our time here, we will definitely be back ”

“It was an enjoyable stay on a quiet farm in a private spacious tent with a comfortable bed. It had the comforts of home in an outdoor setting and I enjoyed it very much!”

“This is a lovely hilltop spot with a great view of the water. The skyscape makes it all worth it. The place is a tiny home, so be prepared. It's not necessarily for those needing to move around in the shower or bathroom. The beds are really comfy, and the loft is nice. Plenty of headroom. The only trick is getting down the ladder :). The hosts were gracious and communicative. Appreciate the coffee available as well. A must stay, if you don't mind tiny.”

“This 1960s A-frame is perfect.From the moment you turn onto the drive all the way through to rocky beach you are transported to a Pacific Northwest oceanside oasis.The tranquil stay included beautiful sunrises and soothing beats of waves on the shoreline below while feeling immersed in the woods.”

“This Little cabin is set on a lot beside the home of the owners, who by the way are friendly and welcoming. The cabin is well appointed, clean and cosy. The owners thought of everything. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The surrounding area is old growth forest with a creek running past a feet short steps away. Hiking/walking/biking trails near by.”

“Great place to stay, clean, huge beautiful deck, great views of water, quiet neighborhood, easy communication with host. ”

“Everything was perfect, from the quaintness of the cabin to the communication with the host! It was exactly as described, and we came prepared! The only thing that didn’t go as planned was the hot plate, we couldn’t get our water to boil for some mac&cheese, but we had a backup! Our puppies loved paddling around in the water, and the scenery was to die for!”

“Our family has stayed here multiple times. It’s our fave for location, the lake, the deck, and ability to accommodate our large group.”

“We stayed in this cute yurt during a super stressful move out of state. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. Parking was spacious and it was nice to be in a residential neighborhood with quick access to the airport. Would stay here again!”

“The entire house has updated decor and is spotlessly clean. Every amenity possible can be found at your disposal. The views of Puget Sound are breathtaking - we saw a pod of orcas swim by and bald eagles fishing right in front of the house! The host was extremely helpful, directions and access to the house easy. We loved staying here and highly recommend this property if you’re looking for the perfect Vashon Island getaway. ”

“We love the Koi Story Cabin. We were there for the Cyclone Bomb this year. No electricity for 4 days. The staff was amazing! They had us hooked up to a generator and the fire place kept us warm! We communicated with Elena, Ian and Sergei. They were so helpful and worked with our schedule. A delightful place to stay!”
