“Place was nice and host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had to bring our dog with us and the back yard was securely fenced with large trees and Big! We threw her Kong ball every night and she loved it. The view from the backyard was beautiful too.”

“A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect stay for 2 nights while on our weeklong adventure with our 4 kids. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed away from home. “We used this home to gather our family who were coming to town to celebrate the 90th birthday of my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room to spread out for small group conversations or for gathering the entire family. The different levels of the home made it easy to allow quiet places for those needing rest while others chose to work on puzzles at the kitchen table or sat and visited on the couch. The kitchen is well stocked with nice kitchen tools for just about need. The extra refrigerator……

“The property is absolutely amazing with great river access. The kids fished we swam and rented jet skis and had a awesome time. There is a fire pit hot tub and a ton of grass with a nice patio for all family to enjoy. The inside was a little dated the bathtub is uncomfortable a long luxurious soak. But it works for small children. The beds and linen are on the cheaper side but they work to sleep in. I think the money you are paying is for the location on the river and it was well worth it we……

“Cozy little place for sure. We needed place close to City of Rocks.had everything we needed. Couple of suggestions for the host and guests. A little trash can for the portopotty. One of the bed is on the loft..ladder to get to it is tricky to get down. Unlees you're 6ft tall and strong enough to left over head, let the host know you be using. Otherwise you'd have message the host. Response was quick for us but things come up sometimes. Overall, happy and will stay again. ”

“It gives more of a camping kind of feel. I gre up camping so it was fine for me. I don't know that I would have minded the outhouse so much except my husband and I got food poisoning on our trip so it was a but of a hassle trying to frequently get out there in the middle of the night But that isn't the property owners fault, that was just our experience. The people are wonderfully kind and inviting! And the town is cute and beautiful.”
