This property is "inexpensive" and there is a reason why. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbor "talking" without even shouting, you cannot close the bathroom door while you're in the bathroom w.o moving to the side it's so small, and the walls were chewed up...the chair was completely hollow and lopsided when you went to sit at the small table that was there and they gave you a single bath towel even when it is a double room. You have to go ask for more. There was no hair dryer unless you go ask. Breakfast options from Costco were bountiful and the staff very kind and accommodating. Those were the ONLY pluses of this property, other than the pool that we did not utilize - although it looks nice and clean.

The exterior was updated & well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was an extra bonus & the coffee & grab and go breakfast snacks were just what we needed. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Only negative was the outdated bedspreads, tile, and decor. The location was fantastic. If you are looking for an affordable stay in a great accessible location near UVM this will do the trick.

Simply put was just old, a little bit of an old smell, shower barely worked, etc. It was the cheapest in Burlington and I slept fine. I might stay again if it is just me but I wouldn't s book it if taking my spouse who's standards are a bit higher

My room had two queen beds. The first one i slept on was not very comfortable. I didn't sleep well. The other bed was a bit better, but i still wasn't getting a good night's rest. The door to the bathroom showed damage and the room wasn't cleaned every day.

They left me alone.. Only knocked once to see if I needed clean towels. I had my service dog with me and they were very accommodating . Had an issue with my credit card and was allowed to pay cash. Got my deposot back after a room walk through no issues.

Love the pool/jacuzzi. They put me in a room that had a connecting door to the next room - could hear EVERYTHING. Room otherwise was spacious and comfortable. Outdated and could use a deep clean. Bathroom was HORRIBLE. Tiny toilet. Dirty cracked caulk everywhere. Not enough towels for 2 people. Water pressure and heat was good. Just felt gross in there.
