Normal check in and check out process. The bedding STUNK! Honestly, it smelled like it hadn’t been washed for quite some time, and the pillows smelled like dirty feet!! There was a wet spot on the carpet by the desk that made me think someone had been in the room semi-recently. Got an adjoining room and I could hear the people next door and heard their TV. I travel with a white noise machine, so that allowed me to drown out their noise. There was a used bandaid stuck to that doors handle though… The decor / furniture seemed to be a mish mash of whatever was available. Balcony seemed like it wasn’t really kept up. I made no complaints in person, because I was only there for about 8 hours… but they definitely need to step things up and do a deep cleaning.

This hotel was a gem! Close to UVM and shopping and dining. Nice breakfast and clean and quiet. Only negative was parking behind the building. Some spots in front but tight.

The suite was a good size with nice views over the car park (with trees in bloom). The fridge was so noisy that I had to turn it off in the end as it kept coming on. Internet was a little bit patchy - so a bit frustrating in that sense. The coffee machine wasn't working; there was very little cutlery (1 knife and some plastic cutlery from downstairs) so had I wanted to cook it would have been difficult.

Very limited choice of breakfast and too much carbs and not strong coffee (too much water in the coffee). The entrance on the back (from the parking entrance) was hard to get in with the hotel card didn’t work. So we had to walk all around to the main entrance. The room is very clean and has a big space. The staffs were friendly. That is why I gave 3 stars overall.

The first room we had was dirty. There was a sock left from previous patrons on the floor. There was a loose tile in the bathroom that would have been a hazard. The clock did not work and the outlet attached to the lamp also did not work. The toilet was super low and the seat was loose. We asked to change rooms which was accommodated. This room was handicap accessible which meant a higher toilet. This worked for one of us that required assistance for transfer. There were no outlets near the mirror outside the bathroom to allow a second person ( not using the bathroom) to get ready. The outlets on the bedside table also did not work. There was a beetle and a spider in the bathroom. The computer "type" black chair was covered in what appeared to be old powder or what possibly could have been an ointment, like a barrier cream. That being said, The breakfast was nice. Good make your own waffles. Good coffee and the people keeping that area clean were very nice and attentive to the food. Definitely not worth the cost and will not be returning on our next trip.

This Comfort Inn is in a convenient location just off the highway. The property is a bit dated so if you prefer a more modern hotel experience you might want to try other options. Staff/service was good and there are decent shopping/dining options nearby. Parking isn't the most convenient as you many of the parking spots are far around the backside of the hotel. Overall it offers decent value for the money and I would consider staying here again for the right price.

Étant une habituée de Burlington, j'ai essayé presque tous les hôtels de la région. Celui-ci est ma dernière expérience et il est plus de parfait selon mes besoins! Distance de marche du University Mall, Barnes and Nobles, 2 Starbucks, Dunkin, Applebees, Windjammer Upper Deck. Il est à la jonction de l'autoroute. Facile d'accès pour aller vers le centre-ville ou vers Williston. Prix abordable pendant la basse saison. Personnel accueillant. Bons choix pour le déjeuner. Clientèle tranquille. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Je recommande vivement!
