Pet Friendly Freshly remodeled, modern and well appointed house 2 blocks from Church St. You are going to love the location of this home. Walkable to all of downtown Burlington and is private and cozy. Convenient off street parking for 1 vehicle. Come enjoy Burlington from the comfort of this gem.
Please note if you takr any smoke detectors down there is an automatic $250 fine per the Burlington fire inspector

Charming carriage house - great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The carriage house is really nice. The rooms are all a good size and are comfortably furnished. The beds are also very comfortable and the bedding is good quality. It was very quiet and since is is tucked away off of the street it feels vey peaceful. It is a great location with a great grocery store a short walk away and many restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to reach and the check in and check out were very easy. Overall i highly recommend this lovely place. I would definitely come back!

Great little place in a great location!

This place was just as advertised and a good home base for exploring Burlington and UVM! Very comfortable and clean and you can walk everything.

Quick Overnight Stay

Comfortable home as described. Great for a quick stay. Close to town. The check in process was a little tough as we didn’t receive the check in details via email or the app. I called and they were able to provide them over the phone.
