“This was me and my partners anniversary and this place did not disappoint! The owner was able to help us when we got lost a few times. The location is quite far out but that’s also a huge plus for us! There was so many amenities and I loved how inclusive it was with the awesome/easy to use propane heaters along with fully operational kitchen, bathroom, and gorgeous outdoor shower with hot water! We stayed in the tent and loved every second. The owner was really kind and accomodating!”

“Great location and clean property. These are the tiny houses near a riverside, the views and beauty is serene. Owner was responsive, however, we needed extra bedding but didn’t get them for the night. Turns out I did not use an after hours line, so you want to be careful when you call. Some basic supplies like coffee, sugar, oil in the house would have been nice. There’s no grocery near by.”

“Had a great place for some of the family to stay as we came for a family reunion of 62 at the Trinity River Farm. Loved dipping in the pool in the evening after a trip down the river. ”

“When we arrived check in was simple the lock box was were it was. Inside the house was clean the beds were made. My kiddos wanted in the pool after we got unpacked. They loved the pool we spent everyday in the pool. The weather is beautiful for pool time. We didn't walk to the river since a sign said no trespassing and no river access. So we didn't want to trepass. My kids loved the water slide. I enjoyed playing basketball in the pool. ”

“All we can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! This place is indeed a paradise. The pool is sparkling, the grass green and lush, the landscaping out of this world. A peaceful outdoor, gazebo for reading and/or napping. The hot tub was perfect for achy muscles and getting rid of work stress. The kitchen is beautifully supplied, all the bedrooms have comfortable beds, nice linens and large screen TVs. We hung out in the living room on the comfy sofa with the kids. The adult "kids" played on the game table.……

“The location along the river is incredible with easy access to the river down a short, maintained path. The house is clean with great amenities. It is very secluded but StarLink internet gives you a high speed connection for streaming services and any work you need to get done.These were the most comfortable beds and pillows we have experienced in any rental we have stayed in.
