“Loved staying here! Close to everything. ”

“We were a little put off when driving to the house as it takes you through a questionable neighborhood, but one we arrived the house was clean, well decorated and had plenty of outside seating to enjoy the channel. We were a bit concerned at the extra fees for the cleaning since the discharge instructions stated we needed to wash all dishes, strip the beds, empty the trash and leave the house clean the extra cleaning/host fees were more than the nightly rental fee. “Nice little place for the two of us. We enjoyed many pleasant walks north to the downtown and riverfront area, and east toward the Edison Winter Estate and along McGregor. Easy to drive to the various places we went for golfing, shopping, spring training baseball, etc. We were initially surprised to learn of the studio apartment right behind our space on the property, but the tenant was quiet, respectful and usually away during normal workday hours. We didn’t park in the carport to better……

“We really enjoyed our time here. The house is in a great location with plenty of privacy. We had a lot of fun using the kayaks, and the closeness of the put-in was great. Well stocked with everything we needed - even a stacked washer/dryer. Has a homey feel as another reviewer said. There is a grocery store nearby and a good amount of restaurants around. We would both highly recommend a stay here.”

“Fantastic stay. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need: beach towels, laundry soap, dish soap, extra trash bags, board games, even a portable crib which was perfect for our toddler. We truly felt at home here. We were disappointed the pool was not heated, and it was quite cold, so we didn’t swim during our stay. However, the lanai was beautiful, and we enjoyed relaxing out there. Right around the corner is a Walmart so grocery shopping was very easy. Very safe and quiet……
