“The property was extremely clean and well-stocked. It's a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the beach. We really enjoyed our time there. The driveway is a killer and there are several steps to the entrance, but the climb is so worth it! Thanks for a great few days in Porthtowan!”

“The cottage is a short walk from the various beaches and shops of St Ives, so perfect for a short break in the town. The cottage is well equip and it's amazing how everything is fitting into the place.The only negative side is the lack of parking and having to stop on a double yellow to load/unload. It took us about an hour to find a parking space when we arrived, so plan ahead!”

“We have just returned from our stay we were delighted with the accommodation. The property was very modern and spotlessly clean. Perfect location close to St Ives & Carbis bay beach with ample parking.A travel cot and high chair were provided free of charge. The only thing I would suggest people bare in mind is that there are steps up to front door of the property (this was confirmed to me by the hosts prior to booking) although there is an alternative entrance from the main road with fewer……

“The property was very well maintained clean and comfortable. Parking was just up the road where there was plenty of room at the side of the road. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The POD was great for a couple of nights but wouldn't have been suitable for a longer stay due to its size. The POD is in the owners garden. It was a 20 minute walk from St. Ives Harbour but there was a bus stop a short walk away.”

“I loved the position of 4 St Eia, so close to the beach for a morning swim and to the School of Painting and yet very peaceful at night. Lovely bedlinen, beautifully clean and I had everything I needed. Not five stars due to one or two niggles during my stay which just needed a bit more maintenance/attention. eg TV, taps and there is a lot of going up and down stairs! ”
