“The lodge is just incredible! The lodge is situated in such a peaceful place, surrounded by cows, sheeps and lake. There is a picnic table outside, and we enjoyed diners outside while watching the birds. Inside the lodge,the living room is very spacious, the house is clean with all the necessities you need. “Eight of us stayed in Jimmy's home as our base for climbing Croagh Patrick. The home was sited beautifully just outside of Westport and impeccably clean. There was space for eating outdoors, which was a must given how pretty the property is. Jimmy was a great host and timely answered all questions we had before the stay. If you're looking for a cozy, beautiful home in the Westport area, you cannot do better than this property. It won "best house" in our after-trip poll. ”

“Lovely hotel. Easy free parking if staying at hotel. Dunnes, Next Tesco, McDonald's all a few min walk away. Lost of Bars and restaurants close by. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was really tasty. Staff are very friendly, especially the guy on the reception in the evenings, he recommended a few pubs for us to try with music.
