“Generally the service was good. Our first dining experienced at 'Ela' was a disaster as we waited 1.5 hours for our meal with little by way of update whilst waiting. After this we opted for room service for several meals and were happy with the wait time and the food was excellent.”

“This new hotel is spotless, with state of the art technology. The room views were fabulous. The staff checking in were helpful and friendly. Loved they gave us a welcome drink in the beauutiful bar overlooking the oval. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and there was a pillow menu on the ipad should you need to change it, as the room ones are quite high. The ipads offer phone, room service, pillow menu, all sorts. The bathroom and products were beautiful. Quiet stay. We will return this weekend……
