“Accommodation good overall although we were a little disappointed to need to switch to this property some time after booking as next door property was undergoing building works so less flexibility bathroom and bedroom wise for our party. Property was clean with good range of kitchen appliances and utensils. Property is close to a busy road so noisy at night. If you are travelling to Alrewas Hayes wedding venue you would definitely need to drive or take a taxi rather than walk. Communication……

“I booked to stay at this property for 3 nightsWhen we arrived we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the beds. Pillows in back bed room had all hair on them covers were all creased there was no handle to close the blinds in front bedroom. Downstairs the main light of room didnt work so we couldnt eat at the dinner table. There was ants in the kitchen crawling on work tops. And the main problem was the shower base was not letting water flow so couldnt shower. Then when i went to run the……
