My original accommodations cancelled on me a week before my trip, fortunately Paragraf was still open for a group of 6. We were blown away with the space, instructions to store our luggage and before self check in were all very clear and easy. Plenty of elevators to service the building which seems pretty new and fairly unoccupied by residents. A restaurant is being built in the lobby and a GS25 just around the corner from the elevator. Lots of good eats in the immediate area, but also an easy walking distance to the traditional market, the beach, and 10-15min walk to The Sky x Busan and 20-25min to beautiful Sky Capsule and Beach trains which I highly recommend when the weather's nice and recommend going early as I arrive around 9:30/10 am but the earliest reservations for 6 people were closer to 11:30am so we went to eat some salt bread and came back. Last time I came to Busan, I stayed closer to KTX station which was nice and made it easy to grab a train to Seoul, but I really enjoyed the Haeundae area. I would come back and recommend this hotel to friends and family, just be warned that toilet paper is not allowed to be flushed in the toilet in many parts of Korea despite how modern this building is. There is a bidet to use, it was lovely. Keypad entry made it so convenient to go in and out. Any additional services will be charged and there's a QR code to request extra towels and stuff, so don't expect house keeping to clean up after you.
