This home caters to small groups/families looking for a calm and quiet get away from our everyday stressors.
Have a BBQ on the deck under the stars, snuggle up by the fireplace in the family room for a calm movie night or toast some s'mores by the newly renovated stone firepit. This home has exactly what you need for your Pocono getaway including in community amenities.
Beautifully surrounded by nature, the location of this Cabin along side the wood's natural beauty radiates a warm welcoming for all travelers.
Throughout the home, you will find some wood craftsmanship perfect for that authentic, yet modern day Cabin feel. This home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upon entry, on the first floor you will walk into a foyer area that contains a foosball table and two arcade gaming systems. You will also find 2 Queen size bedrooms and 1 bedroom containing 2 Single beds. Bathroom one is located down here as well.
Up the stairs to the right, you will find the final Queen size bedroom. Continuing along, there is a very open family room/dining room space. In addition to the fabulous natural fireplace (not electric or gas) the family room has built-in ceiling speakers which connects to your Bluetooth device. Sit back, enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace and listen to your favorite tunes. Entrance to the fully furnished deck equipped for BBQ's is accessible through here. Upstairs, you will also find a kitchen containing all of the basics, including: a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses and more. Up here you will also find bathroom two.

Saw Creek Estates (Gated Community)

Respectfully, this is not a home for parties or events. We best cater to small groups and families looking to experience a calm getaway.
Since this is a gated community, guests will need to obtain a gate entry pass for each traveling vehicle, which will allow back and forth access into the community. You will need to provide full names of all guests, as well as vehicle information prior to arrival so that we can register you for your entry pass/passes. Amenity passes which will allow access to the community pool, lake, etc. will already be at the Cabin.
Please be advised that there will be a $25 additional guest fee per guest, per night, for guests over the amount of 8.

Guests must have their identity verified through Airbnb. In order to verify your identity, if you have not yet done so, please submit your ID on your Airbnb Dashboard
Pets are allowed, but please be advised that if your pet is not a service animal, there will be a one time fee of $75 per pet, as well as a weight requirement of no more than 50lbs for small to medium pets. For larger pets over 50lbs, there will be a charge of $150 per pet. The maximum number of pets allowed is two. Please specify the size and breed through the message thread in order to be charged correctly.

We encourage guests to please pick up after your pets. Our cleaning crew goes above and beyond to clean thoroughly after every visit and if they find pet feces inside or on the properties front lawn and/or backyard, guests will be required to pay an additional $100 cleaning fee.
