Welcome to our lovely Poconos River House located in Saw Creek Estates! The perfect escape for your family with fantastic amenities right here in the community and close proximity to so many Poconos attractions! We are located on the edge of the community on a dead end street with a flowing stream in the back, which allows for a secluded and tranquil getaway

The Space

Gorgeous 4 bed, 2.5 bath with beautiful deck overlooking stunning Saw Creek! Fabulous raised screened porch lifts you into the surrounding woods. Downstairs game room features 70” flatscreen movie room, 2-3 person infrared Sauna, digital pinball, ping pong, foosball and more! Large deck overlooks the river and fire pit. Kitchen is well equipped for chefs and bakers! All while hearing the the comforting sounds of the stream. Amenities include:

Great for the kids and adults alike, this is a true family getaway. Have babies? We have a HIGHCHAIR and Pack N Play available for them as well!

Upon booking you will receive rental agreement document and tenant information document that need to be completed for access to the community as well as a copy of the primary renter's ID. Please contact us with any questions at any time!

Some things you must acknowledge before booking:

No large parties or gathering, 10 person maximum.

No fireworks / No ATVs allowed in community.

Be aware that the property is in Pocono forest & mountain terrain. It’s beautiful and we love it but it’s not your typical manicured suburban backyard. The yard is hilly and rocky. There will be insects outside. On occasion they may make their way inside. These are expectations and will not warrant refunds. Please keep doors closed to help prevent this.

Area is moderately hilly. You must be confident in yourself and your vehicle, especially in snow season.

4 car maximum in driveway, no street parking. Driveway is sloped as we are a hillside house. AWD recommended in winter.

No outdoor amplified music, please respect our neighbors

For property has 4 outdoor security cameras and 1 inside the private locked garage that are recording. Audio is not recorded.

All community amenities are use at your own risk!

Please at the end of your stay just make sure all dishes are cleaned or in running dishwasher and remove all trash from house and deposit in community dumpster. Trash can never be left outside to prevent problems with wildlife.

Community amenity availability is subject to change and is outside the control of the host. Community amenities are an enjoyable perk to the area, but refunds will not be given for amenity related changes that the host has no control over.

One night stays are charged additional $50 community registration fee.

Early noon check-in MAY be available for $35, please contact the host or manager if interested! :) Same for late check-out.

The house was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. There are so many incredible amenities in the home (and the yard) as well as within the community that you don't even have to leave, but there are also great things to do close by. The owner was extremely responsive throughout our stay and helpful with even minor questions that we had. Would highly recommend staying in this incredible property!

Comfortable and clean house with plenty of things to keep you entertained (game room, sauna, firepit, fireplace, whirlpool in master bath, etc). We did a short 3-day stay for Xmas with 5 adults and our dog and we did not leave the property once during our stay. Communications with the property owner and property manager were top notch. Our small group of adults mostly hung out as a group in the same room (upstairs living room with a fireplace, comfortable couches and good TV), but the downstairs game room (with a nice big couch and TV in addition to the games and sauna) would be ideal for groups that might want to split into two groups some of the time. Dining room table was nice and big. We spent some time at the firepit and thoroughly enjoyed it (adjacent to the fast-moving stream that provided great “babbling” water background noise). Screened in porch (with overhead heater) was a nice addition, even in spite of the cold weather. The only negatives (and these were both minor)….(1) the kitchen was on the small side with limited counter space and lacked a dish drainer for things cleaned by hand and (2) the mattress in the master bedroom had a deep “body divot” on the side where I slept, but the bed was still comfortable. Overall….very nice place that we would rent again.

3 generations, 3 families, from 3 states met up at this cozy home for Thanksgiving. We brought a turkey pan & some aluminum containers for cooking the big things but the kitchen was very well stocked for everything else. There were even some child proof locks available for the kitchen cabinets which came in handy with 2 toddlers.Grandmom & Papa P had the master bedroom on the main floor. Our kids & grandkid’s had the upstairs. There is also a half bath on the main floor which was awesome. We spent most of our time on this level even though there is great basement with games & an additional tv room. The wood burning fireplace in the living room was a bonus & came in handy. We did not get to enjoy the outside area due to the weather. Raining one day and below freezing all week. The fire pit area by the river looks amazing. There is a screen room off the dining room with a heat lamp. If the temps were in the 50-60’s that would have been a cool place to hang out. We did use this porch as an extra fridge for our drinks & coolers:)And there is a community center with a gym, a must for the men in this family. That was perfect. Our older grandkids, 5 & 8 really enjoyed the indoor pool.It was a great holiday spent with family. Lots of fun, food & great memories created. I definitely recommend this home for family fun. Great place & location.

This house has it all. Well equipped kitchen, wonderful game room..a bit cold but blankets provided. Wonderful outdoor fire pit area. Comfortable furnishings, nice fireplace in living room. Our family of 7 was very comfortable celebrating Thanksgiving in this home in the Poconos!

I stayed with my husband, my two girls, my brother, sister in law and niece and we had a wonderful time. The house was exactly as described and we loved sitting outside by the creek listening to the flowing water and the trees. We enjoyed this property in the beautiful fall with the mountain trees in all their colorful splendor! Home has a nice layout with a big master bedroom on main floor that worked nicely for my son’s family with an infant. Plenty of seating for eating and movies. The property has everything And then some. we would have been happy just relaxing on the property but the younger family members took us hiking and antiquing which we loved. House had everything - coffee pods, spices, soaps, shampoo in showers, laundry powders, dishwasher pods, sheets, towels, even marshmallow roasting sticks and firewood. Communication was easy. We would LOVE to come back again 🍁🍂.

This was a perfect getaway. Waking up each morning to the sound of the creek, sitting out on the deck with a cup of coffee. The movie room was fun, ping pong table and pinball were all great! Fire pit was the highlight of the trip. House was very clean and very comfortable. If we make our way back to the Poconos, we will be back.

We had a delightful time staying at this property in August 2024. Everything was exactly as listed, the house was super clean and well-stocked with the basics, and there were even some nice "extras" for families with young kids like us (pack-n-play, highchair, plastic plates/cups). The host was super responsive and the entire process was quite smooth. We had six adults and one toddler, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highlights of the house include the fire pit and stream directly behind the house, the screened-in deck, and the game room. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!

The house had everything and anything you needed. There were coffee , sandwich bags , toilet paper,. I mean everything and anything. The kids loved the game room! My mother who is not able to go up and downstairs loved the master on the main floor and enjoyed the screened in porch every morning with her coffee. We wanted to build a fire in the fir pit but it was way too bout out. Would be fantastic to do in the fall ! Chairs were great around the pit we sat in them while the kids played in the creek. Ryan the Owner always responded quickly to all and any of my crazy questions. Thank you for a great place to stay !, I would highly recomend this house !

Great family gathering of 2 of us, 3 adult children, 1 significant other, and one grandson age 5 ... celebrated 2 birthdays. House was perfect for us with 4 bedrooms, and wonderful outdoor space on the creek. Ryan was super responsive and welcoming. Nice having porch on main floor as well as deck with grill off game room.

We stayed in this beautiful home to celebrate two of our friends’ retirements. We hiked the most difficult trail of Bushkill Falls one day and a shorter hike the next. We loved being here and the owner is beyond accommodating. Highlights were the porch and the fire pit. I’d definitely stay here again!
