“So beautiful, an amazing place to stay. We loved the apartment, the beach club and the restaurant. The service in the reception was completely absent, we were left to ourselves to figure everything out, but we managed :) ”

“This is a rather nice hotel which we were upgraded to a studio. Nice view that our room has a balcony. As well, clean with sufficient bathing aids. However, it is a little bit too far from the bus station. Those with heavy suitcases when going there need to go through a rather long tunnel without any lift.”

“We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely.”

“I think it's the cleanest hotel in the world. I had a wonderful room with seaview and balcony. 2 single beds (I was alone) the mattress was very hard (some people prefer) . Location is perfect to Varna city and beach. You can rent a car from the hotel. Only downfall was that there was only 1,5 minutes of warm water in the shower and no breakfast after season. There is a little shop next to the hotel , so you won't starve 😂 My stay was pleasant overall.”

“For the self-parking that says on description, that's not true. You will need to pay for their valet parking, they have a underground parking garage. The glasses in the room are extreme DIRTY, looks like they haven't cleaned it for 10 years! Other than these, the hotel is ok. Very good view!”

“This is a newly renovated property and it is very clean and above normal standard for the area. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away and a restaurant in the hotel (free breakfast buffet). There is also a very good pizza/italian restaurant just 1 minute walk away. The apartments are modern and have excellent heating/cooling and feature a modern bathroom with tub and shower heads and also a kitchen with a full size fridge and microwave and separate……

“Die Ausstattung ist gut allerdings hätten wir uns Stühle oder mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer gewünscht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Auf Anfragen wurde schnell reagiert.”

“Habe nur einen Mangel,sehr hellhörig die Zimmer,wenn zB TV laut gestellt im nachbarzimmer.kann man nicht einschlafen. In der Saison wenn das Hotel voll belegt ist ist es sehr laut und die Nachtruhe beginnt erst weit nach Mitternacht ”
