Oasis is a modern, spacious, private holiday home featuring five bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living area that includes lounge, dining and kitchen, a separate sitting room.
The interior decoration and furnishing of Oasis is bright and fresh, helping to create the holiday mood. The living area has an abundance of natural light allowed in by the many large windows for you to enjoy the view, and is furnished with all brand new modern furniture stocked locally from Dunsborough Bay Furniture. A large screen television with Foxtel is also located in the main family room.
The modern kitchen is well equipped and is appointed with Gas cooktop and Electric oven, with plenty of space to cook up a storm. The dining area is also spacious with large table and seating for eight.
Sliding doors lead you out to the decked alfresco area, complete with large outdoor table and chairs, sun lounges and barbeque. This area overlooks the fully fenced pool below ground pool; this home is the perfect place for families to enjoy their holidays.
The master bedroom with king size bed, complete with large en-suite, features a large picture window and being located upstairs has beautiful vistas. Oasis can sleep up to 10 people with queen size beds in bedrooms two and three, and two pairs of singles in bedroom four and five. All bedrooms are large and spacious with brand new beds and mattresses in each!
The entire home is set up with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, plus a slow combustion wood heater enables the home to be perfect for Summer or Winter getaways.
There is also a second separate TV/living/yoga area upstairs with own private balcony where you can sit back and relax with your latest book or get stretchy with friends or watch the footy!! Foxtel is also available for guest use.
**Please note the Pizza Oven is not in use at Oasis**.
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
