It is brand new, built in 2024, and has a large outdoor deck that spans the front of the unit, overlooking the entire property. It also has a private backyard area. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in this unit. The master bedroom has a large closet and a queen bed, as well as a secondary closet. The second room has a twin over full bunk and a desk. Each room has a television. This unit has a large bathroom with a large tub, and separate toilet/sink area. There is a large, open concept kitchen (including a dishwasher), dining room, and living room. There is a bonus space loft with a spiral staircase, and an excellent space for games, as well as a small tv and video game console. The large porch has double doors that open into the kitchen in with a covered outdoor seating area, and a large deck with a gate.
The second unit is a quintessential Maine cabin, there are 4 bedrooms in this unit - two queen bedrooms, a sunny office with 2 twin beds, and a kids bunk room with a twin over full bed. There is a dining area, as well as a small game table off of the kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower and a half bathroom as well. There is a full kitchen in this unit, as well as a living room. The unit also has a cozy screened in porch with ample seating.
The properties each have a dedicated charcoal grill and an electric grill and a private shed. There a shared fire pit. There is a large picnic table out on the property as well as other kinds of seating.
