“Great place for the price! Slept 5 comfortably. Apartment is nicer than how it looks in the photos. Rooms are spacious. Beautiful view from the balcony to the water and Instanbul. It is a good walk uphill from the pier so keep that in mind. The street is quiet but the other guests or neighbors may be loud at night depending on who is staying. I wasn’t able to turn off the radiators so the place was a little warm. Overall very nice apartment.”

“The location is quiet and convenient. Walking distance to Taksim Square and airport shuttle station. Staff is nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, but the toilet/bathroom lacks hangers or space to place the clothes. Some facilities (e.g. electric water pot) are old and need replacement. There is no lift, and carrying heavy baggages to the upper floor is a challenge. Overall, the accommodation experience in this hotel is very good.”

“I spent a week with my family at this apartment hotel and had a great experience. The place was very clean, and the staff spoke English, which made communication easy. The suite looked exactly like the photos, and everything inside was fully functional. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. I highly recommend Mayar Residence for a comfortable stay.”
