“We had a great stay at Mountain Jewel and would absolutely stay again. Due to a delayed flight, we got in during the wee hours of the morning and had some trouble finding the building without light - but we finally made it - and it was cozy and just what we needed. Carrie even stayed up late to check on us. While our trip was geared towards family it was a great location near fun happenings for us to do and a scenic drive back and forth family functions. ”

“My boyfriend and I ended our road trip here before heading home and it was the perfect ending to a long trip. The cabin was clean and cozy and had everything we needed to make meals and even games to play on a rainy afternoon. “Overall, we had an awesome stay! This place is perfect if you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still be close enough to be where you want to be in 30-45 minutes. We were able to be in Sevierville in 30 minutes and Pigeon forge within 40. If you are looking to just stay in and relax, there is a grocery store close by and all utensils and cookware to fix a full meal in the room. “We had no hot water the whole stay when I contacted them they took hours to get back to me and let me know that they couldn’t fix it and then say they will give me 35 return for it. Me and my children had to go our whole vacation without a shower this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.”
