“Had my room ready as soon as I showed up. Everything was clean and in working order. The staff explained everything I needed to get in and out of the building. Easy and comfortable stay. ”

“The Hotel 1928 was a beautiful hotel and very nice staff, but the location and area around the hotel was not very good and not sure if it was very safe area at night. We were going to walk to the Magnolia Market from the hotel, but it did not seem safe. There were security bars on most buildings and establishments around the hotel. ”

“Friendly staff and overall a nice hotel. When we first checked in, we were assigned a room that had a bad odour and was very cold as the window was wide open as it appeared the housekeeping staff was trying to air it out. The room also had tear in the carpet that the front desk staff didn’t seem to know about but thankfully they moved us to a much better room. Breakfast was good but staff member had the habit of closing things down before closing time, and one morning she was inconveniently……

“This is my second time to stay at this hotel. It is always clean as well kept. The personnel are always friendly, polite, courteous, and helpful. The restaurant has good food. My kids love the pool. This hotel works great for my family of four. ”
