“We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all……

We didn’t really use the kitchen but looked like it had everything you’d need. Garden was lovely and the house was perfectly located 10min straight down to the beach. “This is the second time staying at Bella Vista with a six year gap in between. Always a bit nervous about revisiting a property, but we needn’t have worried. It was every bit as fantastic as last time - fabulous welcome pack, wonderful, friendly hosts (who can’t do enough for you) and everything you need for a stay. Don’t pack beach towels, loads to choose from. Dont pack tea & coffee, lots of machines and coffees to use. Right on the beach so the seven year old was in her element, as there are……
