“I recently stayed at this hotel and gave it a 3/5 rating. The room itself was great—spacious, comfortable, and AC was great—but unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. There were some areas that clearly needed attention, like cobwebs and dust. The sliding door to the balcony could not be opened unless you pry it open, and if you do indeed open it, it will take you a couple of minutes to close it back again.
