“Awesome place having 2 floors with kitchens, living area bath and bedrooms was great. only problem was steps made it difficult to go up and down. However therewere several entryway with fewer steps.”

“Inside home was very exciting to explore with all the taxidermy. I slept in the John Wayne room, bed very com- fortable. Others were very satisfied with their beds. Kitchen was very well equipped to meet all our needs.Check out instructions were easy to understand and easy to complete.”

We love the safety and privacy that the privacy fence provides as we have a special needs child. We enjoy staying at the casita while visiting Elephant Butte State Park and Riverbend Mineral Springs. Property is conveniently located to both Elephant Butte and T&C. ”

“From begging to end, our stay was absolutely amazing. The property is so beautiful and perfect in every way! Cute little entry to the property, with an amazing back yard that includes a well kept hot tub and a great little area to sit back and watch wind after spending the day out on the water. The kitchen is well equipped, with pots and pans, silverware and all of the utensils that you’ll need for your stay.
