“We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. ”

“A group of 10 stayed comfortably here and enjoyed the view and pool for 4 days. The daily cleaning service was extremely helpful and Ernesto helped arrange drivers wherever we needed to go and an excellent chef to make delicious mexican drinks and dishes for the group that were a highlight of the trip. The property is at the top of Pedregal (few minute drive) and a bit difficult to find the first time, but we had no issues once we got there and enjoyed the prime location!”

“Our stay at this villa was great! Check-in was easy and quick and the staff was welcoming and friendly. This specific villa has a beautiful view. It is spacious and we were able to cook breakfast in their full size kitchen. One thing we couldn’t find was a big bowl for mixing the pancake mix or eggs, but we managed with the smaller bowls. "We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel staff, seemed overly focused on promoting timeshare properties, which left a negative impression. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again.
