“Wow. What a beautiful property! Don’t travel to Detroit often, but wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It’s gorgeous. The customer service is top notch and the food/chef is amazing. ”

“Overall, this is a very well-kept hotel. The room was spacious and attractive. The breakfast in the morning is a nice added benefit. There are few amenities in the rooms--no shower cap, bottled water, or extra pillows. When we returned late at night from a very long day, we discovered that our room had not been cleaned. We mentioned this at the front desk and were told we had to request maid service. I have never seen this in any hotel anywhere, and there were cleaning carts in the hall right……

“Loved this place. Only problem was it smelled like someone was wearing cologne or spilled it all over the entrance and by the elevator. I smelled it both days I was there. Several people in the elevator commented about it also. ”
