“I love getting what is advertised and though that wasn't technically true in this case (unit shift at the last minute due to "force majeure"), it was still very true in the basic sense, meaning the location lived up to its billing. We were a stone's throw from all the action on Canal and just a 15-min walk from the FQ proper. The apartment itself was cozy and had all the modern amenities. “The property itself is nice, except when there is someone also staying in the room next door you can hear them loud and clear and most annoying, each step they took the planks on the floor where we were moved along with them , so sleeping was not possible b cause they were very noisy and they just walked all around till 2.30 am. The floor needs to be redone the wood is connected to the other room.. Also the walk is about 15 minutes to the French quarter. The neighbourhood is not the best ,……

“This is a great spot for comfort but still walking distance to everything. Communication and info provided by Barbara really made our stay efficient and easy. (Thank you Barbara!) she informed us of parking, tips, warnings, and always answer the phone and messages promptly. No fault to the property- we were woken up every morning around 7 am due to excessive LOUD noise. It sounded like bulldozing the roads or even wind banging metal making it hard to sleep past that time. It could have been this……

“Le condo est magnifique avec ses plafonds très hauts et une salle de bain fraîchement rénové. Situé a 5 minutes de Frenchman Street et 10 minutes de la partie achalandé de Bourbon street. Le coin est calme et les voisins sympathiques. Marcus est un hôte disponible et très sympathique. Le condo est bien équipé et climatisé ! ”

“The stay was great the only things I would share in hope before others stay. The shower in the master bath was slow to drain. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom did not work well, we had to use the plunger. I appreciated how clean, all the toiletries and well stocked with towels. ”
