“Over-all it was bang for the buck. Property is clean and has a stable internet, we got all we need. Owner is accommodating and nice. Only downside is no back up power source if there is a power interruption or black out. ”

“Property has zero idea about my booking. Building was under heavy construction, never should have been available. The listing states the entire house and we were only allowed into 1 room. Very unhappy.”

Great stay – clean, comfortable, and well-located

"The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. Staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Excellent location near the best restaurants in Legazpi. The in-house restaurant was just okay, not a highlight. Would definitely stay again."
