The staff was respectful and helpful when I needed anything, and the space itself was clean and well-kept. One thing to note is that Cusco’s altitude hits hard if you're not used to it. I appreciated that coca tea was available. It helped. Overall, it was a solid stay and a good base for exploring the Sacred Valley and……

“Good hotel in a great location, very clean with friendly staff. I had altitude sickness, and the staff, especially Erica, went out of their way to help me through it. A nice bonus was that on the day we had to leave at 5 AM for an excursion, they prepared a breakfast box for us. On our last day, they also allowed us a late check-out (for a small surcharge), which was very convenient. The only downside was that, for some reason, the bathroom had a bad smell. Other than that, everything was great……
