满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
We have just arrived home from staying at this property for our family holiday. We are a family of 5 and stayed for 6 nights.
We arrived late out of hours, but I contacted the property and let them know just a few hours in advance, and they organised this for us easily. When we got into our apartment it was beautifully presented clean and huge. It was three bedrooms so plenty of space for the teenagers. It had everything we needed as a family (washing machine, dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body moisturiser, hairdryer etc). You really dont need to bring any of these. The grounds and pools are amazing although the spar pool wasnt hot (didnt go in anyway). Gym was nice but didnt use as too busy exploring. The apartment had internet for a small fee and tv.
It is a little away from Cairns around 10 min drive (you need a car) but we liked this as it was quiet and Cairns was loud and busy so being out of the city suited us. It was close to the supermarket and small mall with some fast food joints around 5 mins drive away. The reception staff were outstanding. Always so polite and friendly and giving the best advice for places to visit. If we ever go back to Cairns, we will definitely stay here again.
