I confirmed an airport pickup 24 hours in advance, but no one showed up. After a 24-hour flight, I had to arrange my own transport when they told me they were running 40 minutes late. At the hotel, there was no real apology, and although I was told the manager would speak with me to make it right, no one ever followed up. The room was basic, smelled of sewer gas, and was noisy day and night. The only highlight was the restaurant—great buffet, excellent service, and lovely rooftop staff. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again.
