We were disappointed with the service we received at the hotel. Upon arrival, my family and I were hoping for an early check-in. However, we were informed that this was not possible as our room was not ready, which was understandable at first. We waited until after 3:00 PM to check into our room, but when we finally did, we discovered that the room was still not properly prepared. We had booked a room for three guests, yet we were given a room for two. I immediately contacted the front desk, and while the staff did bring in the extra bed, bedding, toiletries, and other necessary items, this caused significant inconvenience. After a long journey, we were hoping to relax, but instead, we had to endure the staff coming in and out of the room to set everything up. I am deeply concerned that this situation was allowed to happen, and it is frustrating that the room was not prepared correctly prior to our check-in.
