“Really nice phoned the day before to ask if we could keep our bags there and when we arrived the room had already beeb cleaned which was excellent snd checked in at half twelve. Had an excellent weekend the bed was a bit squeaky cause we were at it all night but still had a really good time first time in Yarmouth will definitely be coming back. Breakfast was good and in a good location right opposite the pier.”

“Great property in central location. Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Communication from Hanif prior to check was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to others.”

“Room was small but clean, parking was tricky, but was ok, was 2 mins walk from seafront, overall stay was great.”

“The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed……

“Although we were unable to secure an accessibke room for my Mother, the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and were helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the beach an attractions. On street parking was a challenge but only because there are fireworks on Wednesdays during the summer.”
