“Good, new and clean property. Especially, shower, and all toilets in the hotel. 15 minutes walking distance till Kaleici and tourist's market. Also the tram station near the hotel is very convenient and cheap to get to the down town.”

Located just a 15-minute drive from the airport, it's surprisingly quiet inside despite the proximity to air traffic. However, one of the balcony doors in our unit was broken and didn’t close properly, allowing outside noise into the living room. We also experienced an issue with odors: smells from other apartments, particularly cooking fumes, were coming in……
