Having access and being able to use the garage was a huge plus as most of the other rentals in the areas don’t let you use the garage, so we really appreciated that bonus. “This property was perfect for a 3 day stay in Bullhead City for a softball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked, and the amenities well thought out. The gathering places were wonderful, especially the decks over looking the Colorado River. The property had its own boat dock, and although it was a little cold in February to fully use it, we enjoyed sitting on the dock in the sun, dipping our toes, and enjoying the wildlife, fish and beautiful sunsets. “Loved the house! Everyone had a nice time! We rented jet skis for the day and was able to dock them down below. Only suggestion if you are looking to enjoy the upper deck or pool area, bring citronella candles to ward off the army of flying bugs. Other than that, you will enjoy your stay with plenty of ro for everyone. Will definitely visit again. ”

“I would like to start by saying that I’m so grateful to Michele and Chris. They were very helpful, responded quickly to all of questions, and played a huge role in making our time at the property so memorable. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything needed for a fun time next to the Colorado river. Paddle boards, floaters, first aid, gas jugs, bumpers for water crafts/boats, and many more were all provided and readily available. My family and I had a wonderful time……

“We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool on the river is amazing and there is an awesome dock. The house Manager Dawn was attentive and handled any questions we had. The kitchen is in need of remodeling as well as kitchenware. The only other issue we had was no hot water at kitchen sink. The house is great and we will be going back next fall!!”

Many improvements have been made since our last stay, including the conversion of the garage into a sitting/game room with air conditioning, new couches, TVs in the bedrooms, and numerous other enhancements. I would highly recommend staying here for your next river vacation!”
