“I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa……

“It is a lovely hotel in a great location for beach bars restaurants etc, bus stop directly in front of the hotel & tram stop is only 5 min walk ideal if you want to travel to Alicante, the bus only takes 25 mins to the heart of town. St Juan has a fantastic sandy beach & that is the main attraction it’s a fairly quiet area perfect if you just want a relaxing beach holiday”
