“The photos of this small apartment in the pretty bay of Cala Morell are very flattering and far from reality. The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... In short, the apartment could be attractive if it were better maintained, but……

“Excellent villa in a lovely small resort with friendly, professional staff and great amenities. Great air con and good living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. Pool was lovely. Very convenient location for marina and beach. One point: could not contact resort via hotels.com (email or phone) but once I googled and found a direct email address the resort contacted me regularly by WhatsApp.”
