The interior is bright and has an intimate atmosphere. Urbia has a built area of 165 m² and is on a plot of 805 m². A natural garden is at your disposal. You will find the pool at the front part of the chalet. You will reach the pool via a small staircase going up. Here you can enjoy the sun and the Spanish life. Urbia has a fixed stone barbecue with running water at your disposal. This holiday home is very suitable for families with children due to its privacy.Additional features: Please check if youth groups (average age equal to or under 25 years) are allowed in this holiday residence, it may require a refundable security deposit of 1000€. Bed linen and towels are not included in this villa but can be rented. Bed linen costs 15 euros per person, towels 7. 50 euros per person. They can be booked separately.
