“This Villa is a delightful well furnished villa.There were a couple of minor issues we had, but these were resolved quickly and to our 100% satisfaction.The only negative observation we have, although it did NOT affect our visit, is the spiral staircase upto the 3rd bedroom which is rather steep and not suitable for very young or elderly guests. This bedroom lacks an en suite and would necessitate trips up and down the spiral staircase to visit the toilet. I think this might be useful to point……

“We stayed at the villa as a family of 10. Gorgeous villa, with stunning views and good air in every room. Walkable distance from Almunecar, and taxis available if you don’t fancy the walk back. Spotlessly clean, and a great BBQ with seating and a bar. Welcome pack on arrival, which was a nice touch. We had fun playing pool, and table tennis. Useful to have a car to explore. Parking is on the side of the road, but this isn’t an issue. ”

“Die Lage ist großartig direkt über der Felsspitze mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer. Der Garten mit kleinem Pool und mehreren privaten Sitz- und Essplätzen ist wunderschön und naturbelassen. “We just spent a glorious 10 days at Casa Luca. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The grounds are exceptional, plenty of shade, especially around the pool which made the hot weather more manageable with small children. The pool is a highlight with the views of the mountains. It was warm at night inside the bedrooms but this is to be expected in August and we managed ok. Thanks Sigi for great communication and a wonderful stay. We would love to return one day!”

“Wir als Familie haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Es war groß genug für uns alle, jeder konnte sich zurück ziehen oder den großen Garten genießen. Es gab aber auch genügend Möglichkeiten, mit allen schön zusammen zu sitzen und die gemeinsame Zeit zu genießen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. An der einen oder anderen Stelle kann man schon sehen, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das hat uns aber gar nicht gestört. Der Pool im Garten……

Tiene 2 cocinas completamente equipadas con todo. Está toda la casa muy limpia y muy cuidada. Zona tranquila. A unos minutos en coche de la playa.
