Villa Beleamy is a spectacular dream property for discerning clients seeking a modern villa designed to take advantage of the sun and the breathtaking views of Obidos Lagoon. With a construction area of 5700 square feet the villa is finished to a beautiful standard in the exclusive area of Foz do Arelho only a few minutes walk to the lagoon and beaches.
There are 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a super modern kitchen with Silkstone granite work surfaces and Miele appliances, a separate laundry room, 2 TV/ game lounges, a fitness/ work-out area, a games room for kids with plenty of toys, a 1700 square meter balcony with spectacular views over the lagoon, an open plan dining area inside, a covered outside seating area, a heated infinity swimming pool at an additional charge of EUR 150/week, a large double garage , a BBQ grill, a large sun terrace and veranda, 8 bikes for use, a playground with swing and slide, plenty of baby and kids equipment for the pool (baby and kids swim suits) and much much more…
The villa is perfectly equipped for babies and kids and makes it an ideal place for a family holiday.
Within a few minutes walk you reach the Lagoon and a sailing school with sailing, canoes, wind surfing and all water sports. The Royal Obidos golf course is 20 minutes drive. 5 minute drive to Foz do Arelho village with cafes, bars, restaurants, mini market, bank, post office and school. 5 minutes drive to the beautiful beach of Foz do Arelho and 10 minutes drive to the beach at Sao Martinho do Porto. 10 minutes drive to the A8 motorway and 55 minutes drive to Lisbon airport. The town of Caldas da Rainha is 20 minutes drive.

Villa tout confort très bien équipée pour une famille.

Du petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse au barbecue du soir en passant par les petites randonnées aux alentours, soit à pied soit en voiture, c’était parfait pour toute une famille ! Beaucoup de choses à visiter. Region magnifique. Cours de surf à Péniche, visite de Lisbonne, de Óbidos et ses remparts, restaurant au bord de l’eau, randonnées le long de la côte, soirée karaoke à la villa…

Wunderbares Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und sehr hochwertig. Das Haus liegt nahe der Lagune und man ist auch sehr schnell am Meer. Der Eigentümer ist sehr gut zu erreichen, sehr bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank!

Our Portuguese home from home

I’ve been holidaying in Portugal down south for 40 years and we wanted to try a different area- it did not disappoint! The area is wonderful Inc the lagoon, the castle etc and we absolutely loved this villa, it made our family holiday so enjoyable, especially with all of the kids items. The villa is very comfortable and really well furnished with lovely art and decorative bits - it feels warm and like a home from home. The heated pool, the outdoor play area for the children, the bikes and toys available to use were just icing on the cake - fantastic!

Super nice house, you find everything you need for your holiday. Location is perfect. Enough space for the whole family. You find everything you need from cooking, digital entertainment, table soccer to the super nice pool with a lot of sun lounger. We definitely will come back for one of our next holidays.

Outstanding villa

An absolutely perfect luxury villa - exactly as described. Maintained to a very high standard 10/10. Easy access to Obidos and Lisbon. Thoroughly recommend for a family with teenagers.

Beautiful villa

Villa Bellamy is a beautiful modern villa with wonderful views of the lagoon from the top terrace. My only suggestion would be to have sun loungers on the top terrace and to have a sunbed per guest as we were a party of 7 adults and there were only 6 loungers. Also the 4th bedroom is in fact the playroom and didn’t have 2 single beds and a double futon as described. There was a bunk bed in the playroom and another in one of the double bedrooms. These are not suitable for adults,very narrow steps (for a child) and certainly not for us ladies of a certain age! When I pointed this out to Dora on our arrival she suggested the sofa in the main lounge. Again if guests are up late or early this isn’t great! We put 2 futons in the playroom for our stay,so not very comfortable. The pool is fab and we didn’t have it heated but we made good use of it even though we was very unlucky with the weather on our week (22nd June-29th june) only 2 days of sunshine and mostly cloudy and rain.But my family made good use of the bikes provided which was great!

Everything we hoped for

A luxe and impressive property, that suited everything we could want in a holiday home. Very very well equipped and a good layout. The local area with the lagoon is great for young children, and the property having a play area was a fantastic plus. We had a wonderful holiday, no small part due to the great place to stay.

Sehr schönes Haus, alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sehr bemühte Gastgeber und eine tolle Managerin vor Ort. Das Haus ist in perfektem Zustand, an alles wurde gedacht. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, ideal um Ruhe zu finden und trotzdem kurze Wege zur Lagune, Strand und nach Foz do Arelho.

Het huis is gigantisch, de keuken goed uitgerust en badkamers allemaal netjes en praktisch. Het (verwarmde) zwembad is schoon en heerlijk gelegen. Uitzicht is prachtig, er wordt volop gebouwd in de directe omgeving. De dichtstbijzijnde winkels is een 15 minuten rijden met de auto. Het dichtstbijzijnde restaurant 10 minuten.

Dieses Feriendomizil lässt keine Wünsche offen: * Für die kleinsten Gäste gibt es ein Spielzimmer & jede Menge Spielsachen für den Strand & Pool. * Die voll ausgestattete Küche & die Grillecke laden zum Kochen und verweilen auf der Terrasse ein. * Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, hell und freundlich. Jedes der Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. * der Pool war ein Highlight für die ganze Familie * Der Strand ist ca 10min entfernt und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Lagune erreicht man nach 2 Gehminuten. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in allen Punkten übertroffen.

Peaceful, kid friendly + well equipped

We loved our stay, the house was so well equipped for a range of children and perfect set up for a few families. Ample space and we loved exploring all the surrounding areas. It felt sleepy but there was enough to explore and do that meant we were never bored. Bike rides, the lagoon, the little local village, gorgeous towns… we can’t recommend the house ans location enough.

Lovely Family Holiday Home

Beautiful villa, with everything that you need. We loved the area, the bars and restraunts were really nice. I would say renting a car is essential as quite a bit away from the beach and shops. Would 100% recommend a stay here, lovely if you just need a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Just what we needed!

Wir sind als Familie verreist. Wir hatten einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus war super ausgestattet. Es hat absolut nichts gefehlt. Als Anmerkung könnte aber das Bett im Erdgeschoss ausgetauscht werden. Es macht bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche und so kann man nicht entspannt schlafen. Lovely stay in Portugal

A group of us (8 friends) have just enjoyed a thoroughly good week at this beautiful hillside luxury villa in Foz do Arelho in Portugal (1hr from Lisbon by car). The villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard and enjoys an outlook over a lagoon (off the Atlantic Ocean). The chairs, beds and sunbeds were comfortable. The pool was well maintained and heated to 27°. At an extra cost for it to be heated, this was worth it. The kitchen had everything you could ask of a modern kitchen. Loads of patio and veranda space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We enjoyed 3 BBQs on charcoal brick-built BBQ. You definitely need a car to stay here. The villa is on a hillside, with shops and restaurants all a good 10min drive. A 5min drive to the coast provides free parking for the lovely beach and bars.

Perfect family property

A fantastic property for a family! It has absolutely everything, the kids loved the toys and the pool (we paid extra to have it heated). Really clean and well equipped. Lots of great restaurants close by, and a gorgeous beach. Only negative was the Neighbours, they were jet washing until 9-10pm at night, and the noise reverberates around, got really tedious by the third night (this could just be time of year/getting ready for people to rent etc) Other than that would highly recommend great for family’s and groups lots of space and really reasonably priced. Will be visiting again!

Ein Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Das Haus bietet jede Menge Platz für alle Reisenden. Da wir mit kleinen Kindern gereist sind, waren die vorhandenen Spielsachen und der kleine Spielplatz sehr praktisch. Nicki war immer gut errichbar. Die Dienste von Doro haben wir nicht gebraucht, es war aber beruhigend zu wissen, dass jemand im Fall der Fälle in der Nähe ist und auch noch Deutsch spricht. Das Haus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und war blitzsauber! Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!
