“Die Lage der Wohnung, die Sicht vom Balkon und das Städtchen sind genial! Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und besonders in der Küche und den Bädern könnten ein paar Erneuerungen nicht schaden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war schlecht geregelt, da sie, anders als angegeben, woanders abgeholt werden mussten. Die Garage ist nur für kleinere Autos mit intakter Kupplung geeignet. Unser Fabia hat so gerade eben gepasst. Zu den Mietkosten kommen noch Endreinigung, Miete für Handtücher und……

“Such a lovely house in an amazing location directly on the beach!The hosts were friendly and helpful.We were able to check in early and the host’s son Roger, met us with the keys. Parking is very difficult in Calella, but the house comes with a parking space within a private car park, about 200 meters away. There is a great restaurant next door with friendly staff.The house is nicely furnished and there is an air conditioning unit that keeps the bedrooms cool. We would definitely stay there……

“Beautiful view, great location. Everything you need to be close to everything Aircon wasn’t working and only notified a hour before check in which was frustrating considering the cost of the unit. One portable aircon was provided but no instructions on how to use and required a outlet outside ”

“Lovely apartment in perfect location. The Mattresses need to be updated and don’t bring a large car. The assigned space is on the second floor of the garage and a large car cannot make the turn.”

“L'appartement est bien situé et très calme en Mai. Nous notons tout de même une literie vieillotte ainsi qu' un ménage et entretien de l'appartement à améliorer (ampoules grillées, grille-pain HS, alèse pas net). Malgré ces désagréments nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour.”
