Had to switch rooms because A/C wasn’t working. Also got assigned the wrong room at first so I ended up walking in on other guests. Total gong-show of mismanagement. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.

Our room was not made up when we arrived to it after checking in, we were transferred to a different room. There was only one elevator near the front of the building and it was a very long walk to the end of the hallways to get to our room. The elevator was very sketchy as well (no buttons lit up or any indicators of what floor you were on or going to) and made some funky sounds when going up and down it. Only one of the doors closest to the front of the hotel were working so lots of walking around/up and down the hallways with no closer access to our rooms from the parking lot (there was two other stairwells that led to the lot which were marked unavailable/out of order.) The floor in our room was uneven and you can feel the bumps under the carpets, there was also gum stuck in the carpet which was not cleaned. The skirts on the beds were also quite dirty, they had many stains on them. There was no directory on the phones in either of the rooms we were in. Big lack of communication within the staff, our first room was marked as “ready” when it was in-fact not. We asked for late checkout and that was not communicated to the housekeeping either. The staff were very pleasant and kind during our interactions with them despite the mishaps. There was also lots of riffraff outside the stairwells in the parking lots. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty. One of the lights on the mirror in the bathroom/vanity was not working.

It was my second time of staying. The first time was in the winter, it was good. Unfortunately they have installed a portable air conditioner for this Summer that made the window lose its function. The whole night was noisy, I could clearly hear trains, people talking, car parking. I dont think i would recommend anyone to stay there in Summer. The staff was good though.

all ice machines were broken and nowhere to get basic water. first day our sheets had stains on them. bathroom tub was scratched and stained on the bottom. curtains had ripped holes.
