Our overnight stay on May 16th (with breakfast on May 17th) was generally positive. However, I gave a 3-star rating for staff service is due to the unpleasant experience with one of the staff during the May 17th breakfas. When I inquired about pancakes, as the dispenser had an out-of-order sign, a member of the breakfast staff responded with a sarcastic tone, asking, 'Were you here yesterday?' When I replied that we had only checked in for an overnight stay, she seemed insistent that she remembered my family. I didn't understand the point of this exchange, but it felt as though she was implying a previous negative experience for us.
