Any longer stays we require a mid stay clean i.e. an additional cleaning fee is charged to the guests.

1. Garbage Disposal: Please ensure that all garbage is disposed of properly in the designated bins outside the house. Recycling guidelines are provided, so kindly separate recyclables accordingly.
2. Garbage Collection: The Black Cart will be collected biweekly on Tuesdays. The Green Cart will be collected biweekly on Wednesdays. The Blue Cart will be collected weekly on Wednesdays. The bins are in the driveway. Please roll the bins in the street during its scheduled pick up.
3. No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. Shoe racks are provided at the entrance for your convenience.
4. Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these times.
5. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is anytime after 4 PM and check-out time is at 10 am.
Early check-in or Late checkouts are subject to a 50$/hour fee and is subject to availability.
If you require early check-in or a late checkout, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. No Parties or Events: Our home is located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. Parties and events are strictly prohibited on the property to ensure the comfort and privacy of our neighbors. If a gathering is discovered, a $1000 fine will be charged to the primary booker. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the reservation, and guests are expected to leave the premises without delay.
7. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and around the property. Any evidence of smoking, including lingering odors or remnants, will result in a $600 fine charged to your booking. Violation of this rule will also lead to termination of the reservation, with guests required to leave immediately.
8. No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pets policy. Please do not bring any pets onto the premises. Violations will incur fines of 200$ a day, and guests found in breach will have their reservation terminated and be asked to leave immediately.
9. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. This number must not be exceeded, and all guests must be registered in advance.
Exceeding the guest limit or failing to register guests may result in a penalty of $100\person
ight and cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property immediately.
10. Respect the Property: We take pride in our home; please treat it with care and respect. Any damages or missing items such as furnishings, furniture, will be charged to the guest responsible.
11. Security: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure the property is secure during your stay.
12. Our listing is NOT suitable for toddlers and children under 12. The children must be supervised and is completely the guests responsibilty.
13. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
14. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account
15. Please do not have any mail, packages, or documents sent to our property. If you require something of this nature during your stay inquire with us first.
16. Please do not eat on the bed. Our kitchen is equipped with basic essentials and has enough space for dinning.
17. Please make sure to clean or load all your dishes to the dishwasher with dish detergent before leaving the house.
18: IMP to note: If you are a VRBO guest, the cancellation policy will apply. However, a 3% credit card processing fee of the total booking amount will be deducted from the refund in the event of a cancellation by the guest.
19.1: For a stay of 20 days and more, we require an additional mid-stay clean of ($130).
19. 2: If there is snow during your stay, please be courteous and shovel the snow at the front and sidewalk portion of the house.
20. No heavy appliances, including but not limited to portable or window air conditioners, are allowed to be installed on the property. If you need an air conditioner, you must get prior approval from the host. If approved, there is an additional charge of $100 per night per air conditioner, which you agree to pay on top of the booking amount.
21. Due to some past incidents of misuse (like some guests mixing baking soda in salt), we no longer provide consumable items such as oil, salt, pepper, or similar items for our guests health and safety reasons. We kindly ask that you bring any consumables you may need during your stay.
22. Checkout Compliance: Lastly, guests agree to follow the checkout instructions provided by the host prior to their departure. Failure to comply may result in an additional cleaning fee of up to $1000, depending on the condition in which the property is left.
Note:
-When you make a reservation with us, you agree to all of the above house policies and rules. To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay.
-By confirming the reservation you agree to be bound by our rental terms and services and conditions
-As a part of the verification process, we may request government-issued IDs from all guests, especially if further confirmation is needed at check-in.
-You maybe asked for your contact information
-You agree that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
23. Outdoor Attire Policy:
Guests are expected to wear respectful and appropriate clothing when using outdoor areas such as the front porch or backyard. Nudity in any outdoor space on or around the property is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, eviction from the property without a refund, and a fine of $200 per violation charged to the guest’s account.
If any of the child or family amenities are needed. Request must be made at the time of booking.
